This list of missing Kosovo Albanians during the 1998-99 conflict was prepared by KMDLNJ, a Kosovo Albanian human rights organization. It lists "people who were captured or who went missing in the course of fighting or who were disappeared by the Yugoslavs after arrest, up to March 1999". It does not to seem to overlap with the list published by the International Red Cross, which is also available trough kosovoforum.net
