The perhaps best blog I've found that tries to give an overview of what is happening in Iraq on a daily basis is Today in Iraq. The handles 'Yankeedoodle' and 'Matt' collects media reports and analyses both from mainstream media and independent sources. The site is distinctly anti-war and my guess is that these people belongs to the peace movement in the US. Often you'll find material here that never enters mainstream media. If you want to keep yourself updated on what is happening in Iraq, and you should, visit 'Iraq Today' frequently.
