From Wikipedia: The Liberian Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) is a Parliament-enacted organization created in May 2005 in order to investigate and report on gross human rights violations that occurred in Liberia between January 1979 and 14 October 2003.
The TRC published a full report on July 1 2009, which records 163,615 violations committed by a number of military and paramilitary groups against the Liberian population, including 28,042 killings. The full report, annexes and other documents can be downloaded from the website of the TRC.
